Do We Need A National Primary?
This seemingly endless presidential election has inspired many commentators to propose revisions to the nominating process. In the latest issue of Democracy, co-editor Kenneth Baer argues in favor of a national primary. Recently, KPFK radio in California interviewed him about his idea.
